Faith and Form magazine and the Interfaith Forum on Religion, Art and Architecture (IFRAA) awarded Saavedra Gehlhausen Architects a Design Award for their project Prairie Repose Cemetery Chapel in Amboy, Illinois in the category of Religious Architecture - Renovation.  Eleven projects received architectural design awards from the 210 projects submitted.  Saavedra Gehlhausen Architects was the only Illinois firm to receive an award.  Prowant Construction Company was the general contractor for this project.
